I’m Damir KOPBAYEV. I am an Oil and Gas Engineer with an Executive master’s degree in strategic business Unit Management from HEC Paris and an MSc in Energy from Heriot-Watt University. I enjoy helping as many people as I can and investing in various projects
outside of work. I enjoy participating in sports, especially long-distance triathlons like the Ironman 140.6 and 70.3. On June 18, I completed
my first Ironman 140.6 in Austria. I also finished two 70.3 Ironman races and two Marathons.

I want to share some of the lessons I learned from the Ironman journey
in the hopes that it will help others grow stronger and accomplish
their goals. This book is my small investment in that regard. This book
is intended for children ages ten and up, as well as their parents.
I really believe that everyone is an Ironman; we just need to start
right now.
